- 12 hours before pickup time: You will receive an automated system text message containing your assigned chauffeur’s name and contact number.
- 1 hour before pickup time: Your chauffeur will send you a text message to confirm their en route status to your pickup location.
- For Airport Pickups: Your chauffeur is equipped with your flight information and will monitor its status for any delays, ensuring timely arrangements. Please note that pickup times may vary from the booked time due to flight schedules (Rest assured, we always wait for our clients at the airport in case of flight delays).
- For Airport Pickups: Your chauffeur will meet you at the arrival terminal door (not from the garage). Should you require assistance with luggage, please inform your chauffeur, who can park the vehicle at the garage and assist you at the baggage claim carousel inside the terminal.
- Meet & Greet Pickups: At your request, your driver will greet you at the arrival/location holding a sign with your name on a digital tablet.
- Complimentary Amenities: We offer a range of complimentary amenities to enhance your travel experience, including full entertainment systems, XM radio, phone chargers, and onboard refreshments such as FIJI Water and Perrier Flavored Carbonated Mineral Water.
