- What types of vehicles do you offer?
At Lake Travis Limo, we offer a variety of vehicles to accommodate different group sizes and luggage requirements. Our fleet includes sedans, SUVs, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. Sedans can comfortably seat up to 4 passengers and accommodate 4 luggage items. SUVs can accommodate up to 6 or 7 passengers and 9 luggage items. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans can accommodate up to 14 passengers and 6 luggage items. - How do I book a reservation?
Booking a reservation with Lake Travis Limo is easy and convenient. You can book directly through our website by filling out our online reservation form or by calling our reservations hotline at +1-512-316-3296. Our friendly and knowledgeable team members are available to assist you with any questions or special requests you may have. - What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made at more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours or less of the scheduled pick-up time you will not be subject to a cancellation fee and a full system credit will be issue for future use and bookings. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information. - Are your chauffeur drivers under Unilateral NDAs?
Yes, Each chauffeur driver in our company is bound by a one-way Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), ensuring that all client conversations and meetings held inside our vehicles remain strictly confidential. Whether discussing sensitive business matters, engaging in casual conversations, or embarking on non-business visits, rest assured that your privacy is our top priority. - Do you provide child seats or boosters?
Yes, we offer child seats and boosters upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require any additional accommodations for children, and we will be happy to assist you. - When will I receive information about my assigned chauffeur?
You will receive an automated text message with your chauffeur’s name and contact number 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. - How will I know when my chauffeur is on their way?
One hour before your pickup time, your chauffeur will send you a text message to confirm they are en route to your location. - What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickups, your chauffeur will monitor your flight status and adjust the pickup time accordingly. We ensure our chauffeurs wait for you at the airport in case of any delays. - Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Your chauffeur will meet you at the arrival terminal door, not at the garage. If you need assistance with your luggage, please inform your chauffeur, who can park the vehicle at the garage and help you at the baggage claim area inside the terminal. - Can I request a Meet & Greet service at the airport?
Yes, upon request, your chauffeur can greet you at the arrival/location holding a sign with your name on a digital tablet. - What complimentary amenities are offered during the ride?
